worried
Sine you don't seem to want to put it back to stock yourself before you go to the dealer, my guess is that they will:
A) Slap you on the wrist and say "no! You signed a contract that said you wouldn't. Fix it before I rip up your contract."
B) You must now pay us for parts and labor to put the car back to stock
C) They terminate the lease and you have to pay them thousands of dollars
D) The guys might not put two and two together and when you return the car at the end of the lease they will take your CAI and probable charge you some "Fee" for moding the car. (That’s if you can get by all of the other maintenance - I know)
Edit: I suppose you can modify it all you want, but be very prepared to buy it at the end of the lease, or else you will be in big trouble.
Edit 2: at some point you are going to have to put it back to stock, unless you decide to buy it at the end of the lease.

I seriously doubt they would say anything. You really think they give a sheite. Did you lease you car from honda? I really don't think so...what do you think honda is going to call them and say, "billy bob has got one of them intakes on that car?" hay no! Just go get your oil changed and don't worry about. Screw doing it yourself. All be dayum if I am going to change my oil to save 10 bucks for crying out loud. Plus, dealer maintenance receipts will net you a premium when the car is sold. You have a lease so who cares.

ok heres wut it is. i work at a dealership and when we get cars in for oil changes that have mods, we dont give a $hit!!!
intakes will not void a warranty. the only catch is that if sonthing goes wrong, for example a check engine light becase of an intake they will not cover it under warranty for that repair, but will still not void it!

Like DatJuice said, no mechanic is even going to know your car is leased so don't sweat it. I still don't no why you would put mods on a leased car, its like putting hardwood floors in your Apartment. But then I guess if you purchase the car after the lease its okay.
