Hey guys, I'm trying to go with with a pink theme on my 2k2 nighthawk EX coupe...

I don't want to go overboard with it and make it too ricey or anything, just a couple of little cutesy pink things to add a female touch, ya know?

I know I want pink underglow, but that will be one of the last things I do after I lower it and all...

I want like caliper paint and engine dress-up stuff etc. and I just can't find anyone who has anything other than the basic red, blue, yellow, and green...

Anyway, just seeing if you guys knew anything about where to find some uniquely-colored stuff like PINK

...what color is your car... if you had a white car i could see the pink theme working... but not on anyother color

My g/f just got a white EX 2k2 coupe and wants a white and pink theme goin'. I don't know about all that but I am dying to put some tight white rims on that ho....hellz yea

Dont desimate your car like that, even if you are a girl. Pink does not look good on a car, I once saw a white firebird(v6, newer model) with the bird emblem on the hood in pink. It was the ugliest thing I had ever seen.

My car right now, no BODY can tell that it belongs to a girl. I did it on purpose. Girls always think I'm a guy (thanx to window tint), but they are disappointed to see my smile as the window goes down.
My last car had a PINK theme.

Pink Stickers (yeah, added 80 HP)
Pink interior.
Looked ghay, because my car was electric blue. LOL

also keep a pot bellied pig named j (after me..) in the backseat at all times

pink and black won't look right... if you wanted pink, should've went with white. pink and white looks less wrong

Well, looks like someone else likes PINK! My car is white and I am going with a white and pink theme. Not too much pink though.....don't wanna kill it. Right now I have pink underbody neons and pink pedals. I going to order the pink hose and stuff for the engine bay this week. I'm also planning on buying white and pink leather....

Gotta make it a little girlie.....

Nothing beats a hot chick that wears white flares and a nice pink tube top... (Sorry, that was a random thought.)

I don't see anything wrong with black and pink for a girl. Black is almost no different than white in terms of color coordinating. Since everyone else seems to be doing white and pink (or has done it), at least yours will stand out more. I say go for it... it's your car anyway. far be it for me to post *****, but good for you! pink and black is much more complimentary than carbon fiber and anything but black!

IMO, the best way to get black and pink to work is to keep the detailing small. you wouldnt wanna paint your rear view mirrors pink [IMG]i/expressions/face-icon-small-wink.gif[/IMG]

id keep the drums stock, but calipers are cool. stuff like vents would be a good accent, something small in the dash and the center console, not like the whole panel, but one or two small pieces.

I would shy away from letting any pink accents touch another different pink part, its why you see a tasteless car like a silver civic with black headlights AND black hood. it doesnt work, cause they touch.

since you want to go pink underbodies (if your a hot chick, you would look ****ing awesome driving on the street at night BTW) I would not paint any ground effects pink, no pink tire tine, nothing pink on the rim (not even the bolts) the calipers you ca get away with because you dont see that at night, and dont see the neon s during the day.

Id prolly paint the wiper nozzles pink, but like CF hood, i have a pet peeve agasint wiperblades colored, so i would reccommend agasint that.

pink plate frames, front and back, with pink reverse lights. I would keep the liscence plate bulbs white, cause of the frame. dont wanna see so much pink in one spot....

chrome/aluminum wheels/headlights/tailpipeshift **** (no pink shift ****) maybe a pink E-brake handle, and you need something in the back pink, on the rear deck or on the C-pillars. needs something back there to balence in the front.







this is jsut a reccommendation, if it were me doing it, that to me would be the most tastefull way of doing it.

and keep those GOD D A M N roxy stickers off yoru car! see too many of those around here.....

and i forgot, id paint those two strips between the roof and the quarter panels, that .5 inch wide yard long black strips above your doors pink too.....

and the doors near the B pillars need something, too. unless you didnt paint yoru vents on either side, in that case, youd want something farther up front to keep the left/right balence of color going......
