civic FP
civic FP
Um i did a search and this topic seems new. Well anyways, I was reading Honda Tuner and it said that honda is releasing the Civic FP. The FP stands for factory performance (wont that mean its stock? he he) Anyways, the FP is the same as the Civic EX but with the following
1. alloy rims (16)
2. body kit (w/ spoiler)
3. intake
4. new spring/shocks (lowers 1 inch)
5. FP badges everywhere
Well all this is $4000 more than the EX! I can probably get the same things for 2500. Plus the rims will be larger (and prolly lighter or better quality), better tires, and will sit lower to the ground.
One of the few good things I see with the FP is that all will be under warrenty and plus you get a pretty decent looking car without too much work.
Any comments guys? (and and you girls too i guess ;}

heh, my new car has way more than that and i'm getting it for the msrp of a new ex, and everything will be under the 100,000 mile warranty. i almost feel bad like i've ripped off the dealership or something.

I saw the car at the dealer... it was close to $23000 and they hadn't touched a thing under the hood. Sorry folks... I'd rather take as much of the extra $5000 as I can to make my civic faster and handle better, then worry about a body kit and a window tint.
