By the way, estimated cost (including engine) from Import Builders for the next swap.... $10,000 or so.
Rep Power: 0 That is very very very cool. This thread is better than Christmas.
Htown wouldn't happen to have all the parts and pieces for the air-conditioning left over would he? I assume that the Civic AC would not work with the RSX engine. I would drive to get it if he was looking to get rid of it.

Rep Power: 0 Congrats on the swap and happy hunting with the new civic sleeper. I have a couple of questions though.
1. Someone told me that you dont have power steering now, is this true and are you guys looking for somewhere else to mount the power steering motor?
2. Are you gonna get a RSX Type S gauge cluster so you can actually tell when red line and such (also is it even possible to get a new gauge cluster from acura????)?
3. Im about 99.9% sure it has the 6 speed trans, but Ill ask just to make sure?
4. Are you still running with the Civic ECU because thats what someone else said on the forums?
5. This is a question that is gonna be kinda hard to asnwer, but by how everything is seated in there, is there any hopes for forced induction?
Again, thanks for gettin the time to answer my questions and congrats, you can go down in the record books as the first non-slow 7th gen civic.
(I hope to be the first copy cat by this winter to try a k20 swap once HAsport comes out with their motor mount kit.)

Rep Power: 0 Sorry if they were stupid questions but I had to ask. Would you know if he plans on relocating the power steering motor so that he can get that back or even if its possible. My dad sometimes drives my car and he's old, so the only way I can do the swap is if I can still have power steering. Thanks for the answers.

Rep Power: 0 The Hasport Si was done a couple of months ago but doesn't count. That swap was a bolt-in and this one isn't. This swap was no bolt-in, props to htown and all who helped him.

Rep Power: 0 I'm am impressed. To beable to hear a freakin civic put out that kind of power. wow!!! I will be withdrawing $15,000 Monday, and start looking for a K20A2. If anyone knows a place on the east coast around asheville, nc that would do this swap e-mail me and I'll head over there to chat with who ever on a price.
