there for the mechanics and repo people, so if they need to get in your car (mech) or if they need to take it away because you dont pay up (repo)

The new Civics and RSX's need to have the key programmed to match the ignition immobilizer and the particular ECU. So I don't think a master key would work on our Civics.

We have a saying in spanish: "El que hace la ley hace la trampa." Loosely translated to he who makes the law makes a way around it. I would almost guarantee there is a master key that will start any civic with the immobilizer. You just need to program a specific code as a backdoor and voila!!! Your in like Flint!

I just got hired at John Eagle Honda in Houston today. I start work as an entry-level technician next week.
