I don't know how many of you guys suffer from this too, but when I have my A/C fan on full blast the vents won't stay where I point them. Unless it's pointed perfectly straight it always ends up pointing all the way to one side.

I've been trying to think of some DIY to fix this annoying little defect, but I haven't come up with any brilliant revelations.

I though of pulling the vents out and putting a dab of rubber cement in strategic locations, but I figure that would probably just pull the vent back to whatever position it was in when the glue was applied.

Basically I need to figure out how to stiffen the vent up. Any ideas?

Do you mess with the vent a lot? I can put mine on full blast and it stays in position. Maybe you can put one of those air fresheners that fit on the vent slider that way there will be more weight to keep the vent position in one place.

i suggest you go to your dealer and have it fixed. tell them you have a loose vents.

i have the same problem.... stick paper between the cracks?
