Any opinions about this? Worth the money.... any performance gains...etc?

I just saw it on tv, just curious. The majority of the time tv products are proven to be junk..

i don't see any gains other than a good cleaning would do with any cleaner.

I saw it used on a show before, did one hell of a job, I would recomend it. I want to get some but I cant find it anywhere around here.
