K20 engine question

Just wondering what is the difference in the engines in the RSX and the RSX-S other than the 20 extra hp? ie: was it just a different exhaust/headers...? I'm not going to do anything with this... it was just on my mind the other day-

different intake manifolds.

base has a 2 rocker intake side VTEC system while the Type S has a 3 rocker VTEC on both intake and exhaust.

bases is black while Type S is a metal silver color.

base RSX has 9.8:1 head compression while RSX-S has 11.0:1

that is your reason for higher redline in the type S also why it requires premium gas.
