Just to let you know....
just to let all you guys know that took part in the last topic i posted, i raced the corolla last night. we were both doin 40, i was in second and we both took off, i kicked his a$$. from the moment i took off i had a car length. then we raced from a stop and he beat me by half a car length. keep in mind that all that is installed on my car is the intake. no money was involved. just thought id let yall know.

I know that mine love to kick it right around 40 or so and take off like a rat basturd... and I also know that my car sucks all a$$es of a$$ off the line. If you have stick im sorry but please do teh rest of us a favor and go trade for a slush box or go get some professional driving lessons at the closest track. if greg (mugenracerx) was there he would have eaten that phunkee for dinner...

Rep Power: 0 take it from someone who had a rental corolla who raced an SI Veloz, I beat the veloz which was stick by about 2 car lengths. And I'll say this again, the Corolla was rental, base model auto tranny. I was a lil shocked, a lil disappointed...but all said and done...the civic still looks better. The corolla will beat us, and beat us good. Especially off the mark, once you're already moving its a differernt story it'll be closer but he'll still win. I don't buy it for a second...

Rep Power: 0 i figured it was a great opportunity, the guy next to me at the light was looking and reving at me so i figured, enh...time to settle an ag eold debate, expecting to lose....Hey i didn't feel too good after winning...my poor car was sitting in a body shop somewhere and I was already unhappy because of that....on top of that, the cars top competiton just beat me....that made me feel much better [IMG]i/expressions/face-icon-small-confused.gif[/IMG]
