Here's a question. I have my car almost the way I want it to look. My springs will be here soon, and I'll have my body kit in about a week. Is it really worth the $ to mod the engine and exauhst? I hardly race, but would like my ex to perform a little better and if some wiseass pulled along side me in another civic, I'd like to at least hang with him. what do you think?

Why not? If you can get a couple horses here and there, I say go for it!

At least do the I/H/E. It may cost some money, and you may not see a super power increase, but your car will sound better. Plus, it will dress up your engine bay a little bit. Plus, half the fun is getting to do the mods.

the only reason im doin work to my motor is so i can say the motor isnt stock. if your goin to do up the whole outside of the car you got to do the motor up allitle, exspecialy if you plan to go to car shows with it.

do the downpipe too, i heard that the down pipe is what is restricting some of the gains with headers and exhausts, so check it out!

Yeah at least put an intake. And even just a new muffler if you don't want to spend 400 on an exhaust. Then some headers
