450bhp S4 MTM!!! DROOOOOL!
Nice photo's. I really like the rocks in the background
I also don't believe this generates so much conflict. A couple of you guys really like the S6. That's fine by me. I'll drool over something else if you don't mind. And once again, they can't be compared.

Well, it's supposed to be BMW's entry level car for 2005:
Quote
While BMW's PR-department was busy with the introduction of the CS1 concept car at the Geneva Motor Show, an early prototype of the production version was being secretly tested in the Arctic region of northern Finland. This test mule, dressed in camouflage, was undergoing shakedown tests at minus 22°F.

But what will the 1-Series really look like?
Based on conversations, reports and rumors, our illustrators put together computer-enhanced illustrations with help from BMW's own CS1 photos.
We wanted to show you what we believe the 1 Series will look like when it reached the dealerships in 2005.
The new 1-series will be available as three-door hatchback, 4-door sedan, newly popular "sport wagon", coupe and roadster. Currently, a four-seat convertible like the CS1 concept isn't on the drawing board (yet).

All models will be powered by longitudinally mounted four-cylinder in-line engines driving the rear wheels - typical BMW but still unique in this class. Entry-level engine will be the 1.6-liter engine with 105 HP, with top of the line expecting the 2-liter high-performance engine pushing 240 HP.
Over 150,000 units of the new 1-series will be built at BMW's Regensburg (Germany) plant the first year, with the base model priced under $16,000. To keep production efficient and variable, the new 1-series will share many major components with the new 3-series, expected to debut in 2005.
i use to love audi and vw cars. now i think their exterior body styling is sooo cheezy. they love to round everything off. i prefer sharp points to contrast as well.
s4 is still a sweet car but don't compare it to a civic
ie. "i'll take that over a civic any day".
uh yeah, i think most of us would if we had the dough, considering its only $30K more not even in the same luxury class.

It was funny I was racing one thru thick traffic..and we were red light racing...and well he kept kicking my ***..but I caught up to him every time..hahaha....he could never loose me...he was going off...ripping in and out of cars..and I was just putting along...and well would end up right behind him every time...hahahaha...

As for 911's being VW beetle's on steroids, basically it's true. But what's wrong with that ? Porsche 's are excellent cars.
