Rep Power: 0 Question about a motor for a Plymoth Laser.... Help...
I really hope this is ok for this forum as I'm not that new....
My cousin just blew his motor in his 1992 Plymoth Laser.... so we figure why not put a nice racing motor in it instead of a basic rebuild... were thinking about the motor from the Eclipse GSX of the 1993 year... What does anyone think??? Where could we buy that cheap? Any help would be appreciated...
Thanks,

Rep Power: 389 u can't put a older engine in a newer car. it is illegal. drop an eclipse engine in there, turbo it up and there you go. Talk to ricerocket, because he has a turbo talon, which is also an eclipse. he can give u some good advice.

Rep Power: 0 JDM spec is called a Cyclone
the engine you would want is a 4g63, get any TSi Talon, or 1st gen GS or GSX eclipse engine. I personally prefer the 14B over a T25. Thats personal opinion tho.
