Had nothing but problems with them...got into an accident once and could never get ahold of them. Reported them to BBB more than once. Dont do it man, not worth it.

Don't know them, but just like most insurance companies offered in multiple states, it's not available in Massachusetts

i have them . my receord has a bad accident and a ticket! i'm under 25 i pay too much for coverage $3000/year .

when my civic was broken into and my stereo was stolen they wouldn't cover any audio= amp, subs, cap, cd player . even though i told them i had a system. they only paid for the comprehensive things like the window, the dash and console. it took two months for my check.

they paid $2700, total loss $3800 my out of pocket was $1100

get someone else they suck!

My father is an attorney that represents AIG. They are a decent company, we used to use them, but all vehicles were switched to Geico because I was able to obtain a better rate through my occupation.

im an agent for Farmers Insurance and hear a lot of complaints about them. they might be cheap because they might be giving you some cheap **** coverage! make sure you know what youre buying.

BiGDoG:

You're in Jersey, right? Ever check out NJ CURE? My fiancee found them when we moved out here and they are awesome! Haven't had to file a claim with them yet <Knocks on wood>, but their rates are great and everyone I know who has them loves them. Part of the reason their rates are low is because you have to sign an agreement that you won't sue over BS injuries if you get in an accident. You should check 'em out - they saved me almost $4000 (!) over Allstate.

As an insurance agent, you should know that you get what you pay for. If you buy a 25/50/10 policy in New York State (the absolute minimum), that's a "cheap ****" policy that won't cover much. If on the other hand, you purchase a 250/500/250 policy, which is believe is the maximum, that's another story.

New York State is a PIP (No-Fault) state and as a result, insurance rates are somewhat higher.

I found no problem with the company, I was just able to find a better rate.
