Go to the members rides link at the top and once you're in there, look for the add/edit your ride link. From there you can do it.

It's easy. Read the directions and follow them. The only thing that might not be listed is to not use progressive jpeg's. Well, at least a while back they did't work. Not sure of how things are now with the new software?
