Just go buy one of those brush on kits and paint them. I dont think you need to take anything off.

Well, yeah. Obviously you have to take the wheel off to get to the caliper. But I dont think you need to disconect any lines or bolts after the wheel is off.

Dont HAVE to use the brush on kits that go for incredible amounts of cash. You can get any high heat self priming enamel or epoxy type spray can paint (available in hundreds of colors and styles) and just mask off your wheel well area as if you were repainting body parts, leaving only the caliper exposed, same goes for the rear drum if you decide to paint that also. If you really want to get creative and personal, you acn have a graphic shop lazer cut vinyl decals with honda or civic lettering and tell them your using it as a mask for painting letters, then run to the hobby shop afterwards and pick up a 2 dollar bottle of fuel proof dope in siver or red or any other bright color and a cheapo paintbrush, then you should know wehre im going with this, but long story short, any high heat paints are good to paint your calipers, just be cautious not to get the paint all over everything else if you spray.

There is paint designed specifically for brake drums and calipers. I know VHT makes some. These paints are chemical resistant and rated for temperatures up to 900 degrees F/ 490 degrees C. They are a lot more sticky and won't come off. They are designed to withstand brake dust, water, prevent corrosion, and protect from salt and other chemicals. Also they are designed to not chip or crack. You can buy VHT paint from most shops or even like Kragen or Pep Boys. It is like $7 a can and you need one can per 2 calipers. As far as taking apart things. You obviously need to take off your wheels but I wouldn't suggest taking things off unless you plan on bleeding your brakes and know what you are doing. Also before you paint the calipers make sure you clean them well. Go get some brake cleaner and the whole can. Make sure they are clean or else you will run into problems.
