It is not a joke lowering your car... having the skirts scrape like that. Bigger wheels help, but not that much... depends on the drop... depends on the skirts for the most part.

YOU ARE SUPPOSED TO GO OVER THE SPEED BUMPS AT AN ANGLE SO THAT 1 WHEEL GOES OVER ONE RIGHT AFTER ANOTHER SO THERE IS NO TIME WHERE ALL FOUR WHEELS ARE ON EACH SIDE OF THE SPEED BUMP

Ya, it does look like that's what this guy is doing... but it doesn't seem to be helping to much, cuz he's just stuck there. Unless, of course, he just likes to park over speed bumps ...
