A Warning on "www.massivemotorsports.com" !!!
Hey guys,
Just a 'heads-up' on this online aftermarket place. They primarily do business on ebay...
Like anyone who buys aftermarket parts online, I bought a muffler from them through ebay. I made a payment within 24 hours, and after my payment, they stopped all communications.
I sent numorous e-mails, and it wasn't until I said I was going to contact my lawyer that they sent me a mail saying that "they'll check with shipping". Of course, no follow-up replys came after that...
I also called their customer service number, and after getting the machine 40 times, I finally get a representative who personally assured me that the muffler was going to be delivered by last week.
Well, it's Wednesday and I have no muffler. I e-mailed them once again and of course, no responses.
Yes, I am an idiot for not paying attention to their horrific feedback (over 200 negative feedback in the past six months) on ebay, and their embarrassing record with the Better Business Bureau.
I just wanted to share this with you guys so that no one goes through what I'm going through. I'm sure some of you went through similar problems- It's frustrating, and I'm doing whatever I can to get back at them- this was one of the ideas... to go through every major online forums and tell them how bad massivemotorsports are.
Their ebay ID is massivemotorsports
Cheers!

HMMMMMMMMM
I ordered type r pedals from them a long while ago on groupbuycenter...
they ran out of stock, and when it came back in.. they got me the wrong order -_- I wanted titanium instead of silver... well, I was too lazy so I used the silver..
btw those OBX pedals suck. lol. it looks cool for awhile but it isn't a strong fit unless u further modify it yourself... (my accelerator fell off once and it got the accelerator stuck!! luckily it wasn't the brake!)
anyway, 200 negative feedback? you should have avoid them.
sounds like they do sell things, but doesn't look like they're doing a good job at it.
