civics as rental cars?
From what I've heard before, Honda never sold their cars in fleets. But since my car went into the shop (accident!), I went to Enterprise for a rental and they gave me an 02 lx auto sedan. This surprised me a lot since I've never seen a Honda as a rental, I expected a Focus or something. Anyone else see much of this before? I don't want a bunch of our cars as rentals, it kinda "cheapens" the image, even though I know we are driving econo cars
thats wierd, all the honda dealers tell me the resale value of civics are so high because they don't use their cars for rentals like a lot of other cars.. well thats only one of the reasons :\
Enterprise in Tucson told me last week that they didn't have any Hondas in their fleet.
I don't think having Hondas in a rental fleet is bad for the image at all. It is a sign that the rental company is smart and that they have a quality product to offer.
Maybe you think rental cars seem cheap are because most rental cars are Focuses, and Neons and Kias.
The Chevy Metro I got was so bad i called and complained for the upgrade.... the upgrade i got: Neon.
made getting my civic back all the better.
