Need info on the XENON kit

Yeah as you all know i got rear ended LONNGG time ago but i didn't fix it
i was just wondering if the XENON rear is a whole bumper and not a skirt?

and im wondering what kits are out there that replaces the whole back bumper?

i think xenon is a skirt. lets see, for the 'danny, right? octane and jt autostyle, but then i think youll want to go w/ new sideskirts and front end
