Update EG civic hatch
Okay guys I would have posted pics, but I haven't uploaded them...sorry I'll get them up as soon as possible. Anyways, through another connection I am now the proud owner of this steering wheel. And please don't tell me that I should have put it in my seventh gen...[IMG]i/expressions/moon.gif[/IMG] I did consider that though...

...does it come from a S2000 or Insight (one or both of these have a similar wheel)? Or is it a custom wheel? JDM? Airbag-equipped? How much??

Rep Power: 328 Yeah it's a JDM SiR wheel. That pic is not of my car, just one I found of the wheel...like I said I'll post pics later...but this is identical to what we got. From what I'm told it is NOT airbag equipped, but can be...someone wanna explain that? I really don't care...I'll sacrifice my head for this wheel lmao

it might have been airbag equiped, but it was salvaged from a wreck and you have to reapply the airbag?

Rep Power: 328 Possibly, but I'm not sure...my old steering wheel's airbag deployed cuz we were being stupid the other day [IMG]i/expressions/laugh2.gif[/IMG] and it kinda opens up in the middle with these two flaps, and you could see the guts of the steering wheel and can't reseal it...this one doesn't look like that's what happened, but then again maybe somebody went and professionally closed it up?

There was this thing on tv about how a lot of used cars out there has fake airbags. Its when your airbag deploys in an accident and they replace it with a fake bag that doesn't work to save money.

Rep Power: 0 ugh i dont like that wheel...it is also in the older Teg Type R's...what they mean is the center piece can hold an airbag...but most of the time it didnt come with one...I like the ek9 type R wheel or the DC5 Type R wheel..but they're expensive [IMG]i/expressions/laugh2.gif[/IMG]
