Check out your owner's manual. It will tell you exactly what they do at the 30k service. It will also tell you how to reset that annoying light as well.

Seems like a lotta people never received their owner's manuals when they bought their cars. Honda should be more careful about this.

check the plugs, change the airfilter, tranny fluid, coolant, and brake fluid.

drbombay: which dealer do you go to in San Diego? I'm looking for some recommendations from members here.

I don't think you have to change the tranny fluid or the coolant till over 100,000 miles, but it wouldn't hurt anything. Damn you a travelin fool. I only have 17,000 on mine.

Yep, 120k for normal, and 60k for severe, that's for the tranny. I think the dealers recommend it at 30k though.

120k for the coolant on both the severe and normal schedules.

Brake fluid is changed every 3yrs regardless of mileage.

With your car off, hold down the trip odometer reset, and turn the car on while still holding the button for about 10 to 15 sec. the light will come on again every thirty thousand. you don't need any maintenance, but you should check everything out, and maybe do your transmission fliud. hope that helps.
