Hello all.

I'm looking to add leather and heated seats and potentially ventilated seats to my civic and I'm wondering if anyone has experience with Katzkin? If so, would you recommend them or someone else?

They're pretty solid for the investment and a lot cheaper than the factory civic options, but I've always hated leather interiors. When it's cold out, it feels like you're sitting on bricks, when the heat is on your *** is super sweaty, and when the vents are on it feels like you're peeing your pants.

Not trying to discourage you from it, I'm just showing my experience with leather in general. But if you've experienced heated/vented/leather seats and enjoy it, then Katzkin is awesome.

and the high pitch fart noise when you slide over the leather. Takes a while to convince people it was not a fart.
(easier for me, they believe when i say that my exhaust is not capable of high pitch noises anymore ) >Breeep<

Oh haha how could I forget that? Plus they scratch too. Horrible if you work in coveralls

One thing you should know is that my opinion doesn’t matter. If you like it, who am I to say no?

But since you asked my opinion, as long as the rest of the interior is black, it should look fine.

I will admit that those seats look kinda tacky in my opinion, but if you like them, then do it. Function over form.

I appreciate the response and your opinion. I ask because I've never been amazing with color coordination haha

It's hard to say without seeing actual pictures and just looking at stock photos and I agree with your point of just doing what I like.

If the seats were entirely black, I think it would look way better.

Multiple colours on seats look tacky to me for some reason. Gives me a weird 2000's ricer vibe. That red may be subtle enough, though.
