put ep3'sk20a2 in accord cl7

put ep3'sk20a2 in accord cl7
Hello there
Im new in here so a big help
I have a accord 2004 5 speed manual
I am getting a k20a2 type r engine 6 speed from a civic EP3 . my question is that will that fit my accord cl7? I mean the shifter linkage ,shift box etc.
And for the speedometer , will the ep3 speedo fit my accord ?
Main problem will the shafts of the k20a2 fit in my wheel hub and will everything work fine or should i buy cl7 euro R shafts?
