Color question

I had a quick question. I was wondering for my rims which color would look better. I'm looking at getting the Konig R-Rated rims, but I can't decide if I should get them in silver powder coat with a glossy finish or the white gloss finish. I have a NBP EX coupe and I wasn't sure if the white would look good on a black car and I couldn't really find any pictures. I also had a question about rims. I looked through the forum and found numerous posts on comparing the 18 with the 17's and noticed that alot of people had different opinions. What I was wondering was do 18's really hinder your ride that much? Most people that are in competitions or what not ride with 18's anyways, right? I haven't actually seen a Civic with 18's or 17's around here so I can't really decide which look better and looking at pictures on the members ride is different. Any help would be appreciated.

For a black civic, unless you're gonna put a heyull of a lot of white accessories on it, I'd go with the silver rims. As far as size, you could check the tire calc. for exact differences between 17's and 18's, but i honestly don't think the difference will be monumental, especially since we're not talking about chrome here.

thanx... I'll probably just get the silver one in 18's... too bad they're so damn expensive.

Go with the silver. White rims don't look right on a black car, IMO. You may want to think of getting some gun metal rims, they looks tight on black cars.

I don't like the gun metal rims 'cause they look like your car is dirty... the reason I said white is 'cause I saw this Civic with it... it's blue, but it's kinda dark too...
