Extra Boost To Those with Automatics
You guys with automatics wanna get an extra boost of speed? Great against manual transmission cars.
Do the following.
1. Put car on neutral
2. REV the car under it dies out.. j/p Rev it at 5000 rpm 1 sec before the green. Push pedal all the way when green lights appears. Time to put on drive.
3. Run till you reach the speed of 37 to 40 mph then shift to neutral real quick then put to drive. Make sure to do this part less than a sec to prevent engine from dying. Your RPM will go up at this gear and will give you a boost. You did this step right if you don't hear the engine sounding (brmmm, brmmm, brmm) two times or more. 4. Look at the car you just burned.
Make sure to have an aftermarket intake to hear the engine louder.
Yes this DIY really sux...... But it helped me against a regular RSX.

Rep Power: 0 man your dumb my friend had a brand new 96 civic sedan auto (back in 96) and he was pushing it and he was up around 115 and he shifted into 2nd and it gave us a big quick boost but then the top end of the engine blew

but if u do neutral drop u will break ur driveshaft it will break off when it tries to connect with the gears.

If you're going to fruck up your car like that, why not just buy a beater? That way you won't be out near as much money when you DROP YOUR TRANSMISSION!!
Or better yet, why don't you just buy a 5-speed and quit pretending that you have one?

and then watch as your transmission falls to the floor, hondas dont come standard with torque converters to handle that type of stuff.
