i have my neons right under my seats, there is like a 1-2 inch raise portion right under the seats and i hooked my neons to that. Perfect, its out of the way and glows out great to front and to the rear. I have 4 neons, 2 in front under the seats and 2 in back under the seats. Not an overwhelming glow but JUST right

i put two of my neons on the sides of the back seat. pull the seat out and mark right where the seat sets on the sides, mount them in and put the seat back on, they emit real nice light but at the same time dont get in the way or distract you at all. I also put one in the little pocket above the cup holders. I think a 5" fits in there, cut the top and mount it from the top, it helps to illuminate the center console and just looks pretty cool lighting up around the shifter in my opinion.

ok, on each side of the seat (where the handle things are) i have a neon on each side flush with the height of the seats (ie the neons sont stand out you see theyre there, but only if youre looking for them) its not really necessary to pull the seat out, but line up the neon with the seat and just kinda push the seat down with your knee or something. what i did was took a fine tip sharpie and marked where the holes needed to be to drill into the plastic sides, drilled small holes and screwed them in. then i just routed the wires under the back seat and to where they needed to be. i dont have any pics of it, but if you want, let me know and ill go out and take a few pics with my digital camera, ill try to get one at night and one at day for you so you see what i mean. let me know.
