please let me know the paint code for satin silver metalic..
as i see at the door, is NH623M...BUT when the time the local bodyshop guy key in the code num, is wrong.. cant have the formula to mixed the paint...he dont know what happen....so, anyone out there with the satin silver metalic civic who paint their car b4, let me know the exactly paint code ......really appreciate it!

There are at least 6 different alternates for SSM, you have to add the plant code to get a valid code. A lot of shops can get a formula by using the VIN number. Or have it scanned.
i think its something like nb-623m...i know the numbers are 623, the letters might be correct. i saw it at pepboys in the paint catalog by their duplicolor stuff. [IMG]i/expressions/beer_yum.gif[/IMG]

SSM = silver satin metallic
the plant code is a letter on the bottom right hand corner of the sticker the paint code is on. Its also the 11th character in your VIN number. All the body shop guy had to do was pick up a paint book and he would've seen the alternates.....actually in thinking about it, its not just a simple add to the NH623M code, it adds another number BASED on that plant code. tell your body guy to open his DuPont book and it'll be clear as day.
