engine questions

Ok so I broke a rod in my d16y8
doing a replacement to it..
ive had people tell me if the engine from a automatic wont line up properally with my standard im pretty sure I can just take the flex plate off and it will ne fine I just want some feed back before I buy it
please let me know if you know anything about it I feel utterly retarded asking thislol

Flywheel and pilot bearing

I can only say "I think it should" swap.....


Call a local junkyard and ask if it they can look it up and make sure it will swap.

Junkyards should all use the Hollander Interchange Guide, which should be pretty accurate as far as telling if you can use it or not.
