Mini-Me Build

Hi everyone, first off ive googled searched the mini me swap. I have some questions about it. everyone has their own opinions and ways of doing it. http://honda-tech.com/showthread.php?t=554053 this is one of the mini me swap guides ive found. (I have 4 other websites) this one is detailed and wanted to know if this is correct and if anything in the required part is missing/complete list.
List of Parts:
Required:
D16Z6 Cylinder Head (Including distributor cap, valve cover, plugs/wires, VTEC solenoid, etc)
D16Z6 or D16Y8 Head Gasket
P28 ECU
D16Z6 Timing Belt
Wire and plug for VTEC oil pressure switch

Optional:
D16Z6 Intake Manifold
D16Z6 Exhaust Manifold
*If you remove your manifolds, make sure you get new gaskets

Recommended:
NEW OEM-
Water Pump (for the block you are using)
Spark Plugs (EX D16Y8)
Spark Plug Wires
Valve Cover Gasket
Distributor cap and rotor

I am new, I wanted to do a mini me swap due to the fact that im just starting out in the honda scene and i wanna get a hands on idea on working on honda engines.
I was going to be doing a d16y7 with d16y8 head.
Thanks for the help.
