A Month of Mods
This is what I've been doing the last month..
This is simple, but effective. Routed my radar detector alarm into the A Pillar, under my glove compartment, and behind the center console.

Somehow got it to come out right at the edge of the glove compartment. Its a bit hard to see though.

Then I installed my OEM Spoiler..shaved/rearranged my rear emblems, and put in the 2003 Civic Hybrid tail lights.

The comparison between the Hybrid lights vs the Stock lights.

Emblems.

why don't you just hard wire it to a 12v source...... that way you'll have an open slot for your other necessities like cell phone chargers, map lights or those portable microwaves... hahah i'm just messin'... nice!!
I did that with my radar detector in my '99 DX. Routed the power cord inside the dash, up the A-pillar and mounted it above the mirror. Looks much cleaner and it lets the detector 'see' farther ahead. Nice job.

Thats cool looking, but yeah you might want to hard wire it in. I have been trying to figure out a way to put one in my car so that you can not see it or even know I have one. Where I come from they are illegal and you can get big fines for having them so thats why I want to have it hidden.

I was thinking of hard wiring the detector, but didnt feel like popping out that panel and wasnt too keen on tapping into the wires. I have no need for the outlet so its all good, but now I cant use the right cup holder.
There were 2 holes for the H. I used a thick washer and this thing called Liquid Metal to adhere it to the inside of the trunk. Smoothed it out (kinda) on the outside, touch up paint and wax, and used the V on the Civic emblem to cover it up. I'll get a pic tomorrow to show you what I mean.
The lights cost alot. It was the spur of the moment thing, and there was a 20% sale going on that day so I did it. Originally supposed to go for $420, but got them for $360. I still cringe at the price, but I hated the pink and these make me

Oh, and props go out to Twilight-X who got the corner part of the tail lights out for me. They were a pain and a half.

Yeah, I got them from the dealer. I doubt any aftermarket place would have it since it just came out. You can definitely get them seperate. Like $130 for the corner piece. $80 for the trunk piece. Each.
