Decided against the Corvette
Decided against the Corvette
For those of you that remember reading or posting about my decision on the Corvette, I have decided against it. The reason being it's a lifestyle thing. Sure you can mod a Vette if you have lots of money. I've got an awesome Boston component setups, AEM CAI, Magnaflow, short shifter, kumo sport, and I got over 40 MPG the other day. Can't do that in a Vette. Sure it looks awesome and I'll probably get one down the road, but I'll do it the way I'm doing my Civic, the way it should be done. (At least for me) As far as mods go, I just spent 4k on Lasik eye surgery. 20/20 baby. Worthwhile mod. I can finally see great! I can clearly see my car looks like @ss after 4 weeks of no maintenance. ****. Anyway I just wanted to let yall know I'm back in the game. Excuse me, but I'm broke and gotta get up early to work to get money for my mods.

Lol...never heard of a surgery considered a mod before. Glad it worked out good for you.
Nice to also hear tha you are sticking with the Civic.
The day I turn 23, which is still 2.5 years away, Im going to a Chevrolet dealership and laying down cash for one. My grandpa used to have a Z06, and anyone who knows anything about vettes, knows they are hella fast.

Yea, I thought the vic to vette jump was a wee bit far fetched. Every few months I get an itch for a new car too. Then, my practical, monetary side takes over and I forget about it. Anyhow, glad to hear about the improved eyes. Wish I could just have surgery and have my hair be thick again.

Should be cause you are part of your car..am i right?
good choice....After having two vettes one a 98 and one a 00 I have decided to go back to the old honda.....why? Vettes are nice don't get me wrong but I had more problems with them than any other car I have owned. From the stearing wheel cloumn lock if you crank it to fast( u have to have it towed to the dealership to get it unlocked) to the the tire replacement every three months, I have decided that Vettes are for rich old men that have nothing better to do with their time and money.
