Take it to somewhere that sells tires and they should be able to patch it, don't know how much it cost though

if its a small nail u can fix it urself.. just buy one of those tire patching kits. like less than 20 bucks and u can fix a few holes with them. but if its big hole than go get a pro to repair it.

$15-$20 at any Tire Kingdom, or any tire shop, don't pay anymore than that

I picked up a nail a few months ago and I just called around asking people if they could plug the hole. Second place I called said they would do it for free. Otherwise its usually only like 5 bucks and takes just a few minutes.

Take the wheel and tire itself to a local tire shop (ie: Firestones, etc.). You don't need to bring your car with you. They will check if it is repairable or not, but I doubt that it won't be reparable. Ugh, however you spell it. And about the rotation. If you check your manual, you should rotate it every 10k miles under normal conditions. 5k for severe conditiions. I do myne every 10k. Good luck!

You can buy the patch yourself which is very easy to use, or you can go to any garage and they'll probably charge you like $10.

Yep, had a few nails and screws in my time. Sometimes the object is in the rubber so tightly that the tire won't even leak. Although, you never know when it will pop out so it's best to fix it. I have a kit from Wal-Mart that included a tool to rough up the surface of the hole, the screwdriver thing to put the plug in, and several plugs and glue. You can buy a kit for like 4 bucks and do it yourself. It's very easy to do and will save you like 15-20 bucks. Just don't buy a cheap kit from pepboys or something because the plugs suck and the instrument for inserting the plug doesn't work very well. Plus, you are going to have this happen several times over the years so the saving will really ad up. I actually did a demonstration speech in a college class showing how to plug a tire.

Go to Les Schwab Tire Center. They will fix flats for free even if you did not buy tires from them, they have great service as well.
