clear coat,HELP

The clear coat on my 92 civic DX is comming off. What would be the cheapest way to fix it ?

new paint is gonna be the way to go for you man...might be able to get ait re clear coated but depends

Don't bother trying to do patch work clearing on it out of a can. It will peel in months not years.
