I have only had these tires for about 5 months, but I drive my car alot for work. They have great tread wear. Im going to get some different rims and tires just for the days I race.
Great pics! I really like those rims too. What class did you run in? STS? Let me tell you, you will love life twice as much when you slap some springs on that bad boy! It's good to see someone else out there racing their 2K1. Check out my website to see some solo II action with my 2K1. There is a photo center on there that you can load visitors' rides into. Good luck racing.

glad to see that you using the car for something it has a chance at being good at (ie auto-x and not drag racing). Good show!
Id HIGHLY reccomend a tighter spring/shock set up as well as GOOD TIRES (most important). see if you can score some toyo T1 proxies in the ultra sticky R compound. youll stick like glue. After those 2 are bought id move onto stiffer and larger sway bars. THEN worry about power adders.

i also forgot to mention buing a good racing bucket (even just 1 for the driver side) will go a LOOOOOOOOOOONG way to reducing your lap times.
