does flushed mean that they changed the camber so the wheels go crooked?

Well, more than anything else, stance is about wheels.

Going along with that, people want the largest diameter and widest wheels possible on stanced cars, so they add a couple degrees of camber to make it possible to fit them.

Re: what does it mean to have "stance"

Listen here, you young whippersnapper!
Back in the olden days when rear wheel drive was everything, "stance" was jacked up in the rear to clear the bigazz tires, and low in front for aerodynamics.
Jacked up in the rear like a funny car for weight transfer at the drag strip. Cuz everyone wanted to look like their car runs the 1/4 mile in under 9 seconds.
Also known as "rake".
Open headers or Cherry Bombs for noise. Turndowns in front of the rear axle. No fart cans.

Goes like stink, but handles like a shopping cart.

/Yeah, I'm old.
//My lawn, off of it.

Please, keep the discussion mature.

It was a valid question and the OP is not trolling.

Things have changed so much, but for better or worse is certainly debatable.
