hi there....i have a 2010 civic ex, tires/rims 205/55/r16...i want to buy winter tires with 15 inch rims, 195 65 r15....will this fit ok and work alright...as you most know, this can be a big savings in costs.

Yup, that will be just fine, as long as the rim has the correct hub diameter, if not you can compensate with hub centric rings.
