D16Y7 to K20a2 advice

Hey guys I have a new project and was wondering if anyone had any advice or input. My stock D16Y7 in my 2000 LX recently lost compression and its pistons are shot. So therefore why not swap with something better! I have a K20a2 and was wondering if it would be compatible, and what would be required in order to make it work. Would it even be possible to go from a SOHC to a DOHC Vtec? I know i'll need to atleast swap the motor mounts. Thanks for any info guys i appreciate it.
