i got the st800 and dont know if you heard of this but it is an alarm with remote engine start, pushstart button function, proximity sensor funcstion...

i got this for my sister rav4 but we sold the car and left with this. I want to sell it but dont know if i should. i got it for 390 dollars and want to sell it for 350 dollars.

anyways, i dont know if i should install it in my honda civic. it is an 03 civic ex. I dont know if i should waste the money on an old car. Need some advice guys. got this civic as a daily drive to save gas cuz my current z wasted lots of gas.

is it used? cuz if it is, i doub you can get it for more than 350. because you can get it on ebay for 350 NEW (accepted best offer)

I saw the ST800 featured a while back, and I thought it was a cool setup (but for cars of the higher end)

Is it the complete system with push button and the proximity remote?
If so, if it were up to me, i'd sell it and buy a decent viper alarm.

But it's completely up to you.
It's a cool system, but i dont think it's worth it in a vic

yes, i thought about the st800 for the high end cars too. i want to put it on my civic but i dont want to waste such good product on my cars. i guess many of us driver doesnt like st800 either right?


btw guys, how much is a viper alarm? i never had it before. heard about it but never use it.

They are pretty good alarms, most tuners use it

When they're on sale, they're really cheap, just the markups are really high
You can have a 2 way remote start system installed for $150

The factory alarm from honda is about $250 installed i believe lol
The viper is a 2 way remote, with remote start

Meaning if your car alarm is going off, your remote will let you know

It's a worthy investment
