They have a shitty reputation and customer service doesn't exist (well, they exist but it sucks so much it might as well not have one)

50/50 I brought a oem style rear wing for a ford and got it the next day. Then I ordered I think a style e projector the ones without halo ring for the civic to retro a tl projector and never received it canceled the order and never returned because there site said in stock and was never changed to out of stock. On to of that it was 150 for them they increased it to about 350.

It seems as though CarID doesn't do business the way you think they are. It's no secret that these guys are total scum bags. Even they're reps are completely incompetent. They're not members of SEMA... it's the little association logo near the bottom of the site. Try calling SEMA up and ask for yourself. They're markup pricing is double the amount it should be on most of their products. Try calling any manufacture or wholesale distributors... they don't go through them. They are not official resellers and in fact they're actually purchasing from retailers them selves. If you're looking for support then forget about it... you will in no way receive a satisfactory experience from them.
Their "only" goal is to sell a product at the highest price they can and unfortunately they're getting away with it every day. Don't even think about trying their wholesale program, they're whole operation is horrible. They have so many unresolved complaints that the customers just give up and walk away.
