I ordered some projection headlights from them on the 31 of March. Today is Saturday the 27th of April and I still have not recivied themThe telephone number that they gave me was bogus, e-mailed them 6 times to recive one e-maile saying that i have the option of canceling my order. DO NOT order anything from www.importpartsdirect.com. I also called 411 do get information, because the area code that they gave me was from anaheim CA. 411 did a search for all of California and nothing was found. currently They have charged my credit card! I am going to file a complaint with the BBB.

If you call your credit card company and request that the charge be put "in dispute" you will not be required to pay for it. The credit card company will investigate the business and render a decision as to whether or not you must pay. If it is a bogus business, they will be charged back (the money taken away from them) and you will be assessed the appropriate credit. You should also notify your state's Attorney General's Office as well as the Better Business Bureau. Don't be taken for a ride...

also never buy anything form 2loww.com i ordered some wheels about a MONTH ago now and i still do not have them. what do they think i am stupid? i talked to them and the told me they were shipped. the i let a week go by and asked again, they said they were just shipping them as we speak. they lie and are not very good

thanks guys I called the credit card company and they put it as in dispute. Next time I will always buy from a trusted site, and a telephone number on the site does not mean it works. I just don't see how they could have the nerve to do such a thing. Also thanks for the info on 2loww cause i was going to order something from there
