DEREK HELP - Pics of streetglow kit!
I was stoked to get my pictures back of my ride with my new streetglow kit
but the pics came back crappy as all hell! You can barely see the light and the car is so dark it's barely visible. D, your pics are very good quality....how can I get a good pic of my car at nite with the neons on? Thanx!

1. no flash
2. use a tripod or set the camera down. if your camera has a remote or a timer use that so you don't even have to touch it.
3. if you are using a film camera, use 400 speed film, if digital set the iso to 400 (chances are it will do it automatic).
4. if it's an automatic focus camera (point and shoot), it will do the best it can for the amount of light. if it is an slr camera, set your aperture or f-stop to as big as it can get (lowest number, ie
1.8) and your shutter speed to as slow as it can go (the number closest to a whole number. like 1/2 or better yet 1" or longer). this will allow the most amount of light into the camera.
5. take your picture!
here you can see that i didn't use a tripod, becuase the image is blurry, but a good amount of light came into the camera for 9:00pm. Also, there were no other lights around, so you can't see my car too well. Try to park near a dim light so that there is some ambient light to illuminate the car but not drown out the neons.

hope that helps!
