Notice how it has almost no camber..
It came from the factory with bags able to drop that low, the owner only upgraded the valves, because they were cheaper than repairing or replacing the OEM ones when they started to go. Otherwise its all original.

well the euro guys did tire poke because it wal illegal for the tire tred to stick out past the fender so they stretched on tires to fit wider rims but the japs have been doing it long before the europeans.

You can make a car with outrageous camber like that, a civic or most cars using macpherson struts would need some extensive modification to the suspension for it to align and steer properly.

This is the "camber car" was an idea built by Bill Milliken who wrote book on race car vehicle dynamics. He used motorcycle tires, I think the result is you can get a car with pretty good cornering ability but obviously mediocre traction for acceleration/braking.
