You can't pull this off under 10k unless you can do ALL the work yourself. Paper Mache skill is nothing like being able to auto body. Your trying to make a new car out of an older model and it's not happening.

Someone close this thread please.
Ive spent a year on this particular design.

Due to all the negative and nonconstructive threads I have going, comes with the territory I know, Ive decided to take my build underground for awhile. I will one day update my YouTube video account with the finished car. Nice talking to everyone.

I've bugged you a bit about it on this forum and RS, Arashi, but its good that you take pride in your project and haven't given up on it. Good luck with finishing, post pics up when you finish.

I just don't wanna see the guy waste his time any longer. I did some research on him and he has been doing this for like 7 years. I mean, if something does come out of it congrats. But don't expect to make millions of dollars off of one design. Besides, not a lot of people have those cars any more how many do you expect to sell?

It's unrealistic is all. I'll leave it at that.

i have to say it but it doesn't look all that bad on that 300zx, but if you're going to have curves on the front it will look better if the curves followed the whole car

Unless your like my friend who now refills lap-bands at $100 a pop every 15 minutes during the day. You do the math.

Re: Would you purchase this home designed sports car?

Sometimes I wonder how people are so motivated to do pointless projects, but then again, after all the bashing you get, and the final production comes out and everyone praises you...

I guess in the end it's all worth it, but I seriously cannot see my self doing such a thing
