Sorry the engine bay is dirty in these...looks a LOT cleaner now

This was the dyno on the stock motor:
The numbers on 20#'s of boost, 15 degrees timing (extremelyyyyy low timing, I wanted a safe tune).....726rwhp/704rwtq
Oh and you gotta love it when you have to have 2 guys sit on the back to keep it from spinning on the dyno with 315 BFG DR's haha.
Turn your speakers up!

Some pics of the crapload of heated rubber stuck to the tires and what it looked like behind the tires on the dyno area haha.

Re: My twin turbo cobra
So this is your Cobra you mentioned in your other thread.I'm liking this "Weekend Warrior".lol.One thing I really liked about this gen Cobra was the big shiny letters on the rear bumper that said "Cobra".
Re: My twin turbo cobra
if you got that kinda money drop a bit on weight reduction and N/A stuff for a reliable and quick civic. it won't be a cobra but why not ride in class all the time?
Re: My twin turbo cobra
Thank you very much!! Just like VTEC said it's actually stock for now except a few nice interior mods, HIDs, and tint!
Hahaha yupp this is it! And I love that about it too...it actually is the same color as the car, but most of us put the stainless steel inserts to make it stand out even more!
I'm not totally loaded lol, I'm 23 years old. I have money, but just not a ton to blow on anything and everything. I definitely will be making the civic a lot of fun though!
Yahhh I put a video of the dyno up in the first post in my thread! Above the pics of the tire rubber!

Re: My twin turbo cobra

Hahaha I was right there with you man until I was able to afford it! Work hard and do it!!
None yet since I haven't been able to take it to the strip, but I'm expecting 9 second passes for sure!
Re: My twin turbo cobra
Thought I would throw up some pics of the built shortblock I have going in it right now. Good news is with this one I won't hit redline until 7,000-7,100 rpms...not bad for a muscle car
This is an MMR Street Mod 1000 shortblock which will be good to around 1,100 whp.
*9.0:1 Compression ratio
*Brand New Cast Iron, current production 03/04 Supercharged Cobra Block, torque plate bored & honed
*New 1200+HP 4340 Forged 3.543 stroke Cobra Crankshaft w/micro polished journals
*New 4340 5.933 Manley H-beam Rods w/ARP bolts (These US made rods are shotpeened, magnafluxed and weight matched to bring the finest H-beam rod available for the 4.6)
*New Forged MMR/Manley or Diamond pistons 3.552 Bore size (High or low compression)
*Speed Pro file fit rings (precision file fit to my application: turbo)
*Speed Pro/Federal Mogul Rod and Main bearings
*Complete Pro Assembly and Balancing for the smoothest, highest revving shortblock available.
*MMR block side bolts
*ARP Main/Head studs
*Felpro Head gaskets
It should be done in about a week!
And here's some pics of what the engine will look like:

Hahah I know, I thought that was a good license plate to get, although now I want something more ballsy, like "U WIL LSE" hahaha

Re: My twin turbo cobra
Thanks guys!!
Hahaha always loved that video...hilarious especially when the guy believes the different color coolants give you more power.
Haha he did above you. VTEC always makes things faster!

Re: My twin turbo cobra
What I meant to say was: I'm waiting for someone who thinks that Mustang actually has VTEC to tell Mac, to do the same thing not realizing its a joke.
sl33pyriceboi, you don't think it actually has VTEC do you?

I can't view it from work but when I get home I will. Did they really use a VTEC motor in a Corbra? Oh shiet!
Re: My twin turbo cobra
Hahaha no he's not serious...the video is a joke...it's a couple guys talking to someone who has NO clue about cars and telling him the motor has VTEC and such. It's a funny video, but OBVIOUSLY not true lol.
Re: My twin turbo cobra
Not sure if you were being serious or that was sarcasm. I thought that most people appreciate all cars on most forums, and since I OWN A HONDA as well it would be approrpriate. Sorry if you're a hater man.
Hahahaha exactly....sooo funny!
