generally when i pass someone like that, they are doing the speed limit or less (or have given me a good reason not to want to be behind them) and the speed i get up to depends on the situation. if theres an oncoming car in the distance or im close to the end of the passing zone, ill go faster than if the road is empty in the opposite direction and/or theres still a long stretch of passing zone in front of me

quick question? how do you get one of those police officer plates on a normal car? ppl seem to think they have super powers wen they have these plates.. some guy around here in philadelphia drives a YELLOW TYPE R with impulse written on the side, and he has the black license plate with the 4 numbers/ police star thingy. and he drives like a FREAKING MADDD MAN!!!!.... he abusing a privalege....

Either A.) you are an officer B.) your parent(s) are officers C.) your spouse is an officer. That's about it. I can (as well as most other officers) get those plates, but I don't need to advertise on my own personal vehicle that I am an officer. If I get stopped, I can just show my ID and be on my way.
