You might want to re-think that. My father's friend who's an engineer is a big-time car freak. He's got a ferrari, a Mercedes, Audi, and a BMW. Maybe some others too, but he says, "I will never buy a BMW again." I think he bought an M3. Also, Car & Driver tested out some modified cars and the BMW entry broke something in testing. I believe an oxygen sensor and one other thing. From what I've seen myself BMW's are hype.

a friend of mine has a black 02 m3 SMG, god damn that thing is one extremely nice car.

however, if i could get a car with the same amount of money, i wouldn't get an m3.
