Stupid question about acceleration

Well yeah i got a Civic EX auto and it saids that it gets 31/38 mpg. Anyway, this rating is "under normal driving," and some people push their car harder than others. My question is, from full stop, what do you rev your engine up to on a regular 45 mph road. ie your the only one on the road and the light just turn green (your at full stop), how much (in rpms) do you push your car up to?

Most of the time I shift from 3-3500k and usually get ~34mpg. That's with shifting from 3rd to 5th most of the time. When I accelerate 'rapidly', I usually get about ~32mpg.
