It cost 4200 dollars to repaire my car for a 5 mph accident!!! That is pretty crappy. are cars dont stand up to anything. i feel sorry for anyone that wrecks a civic going fast!!

there is no way you rearended someone going 5 mph...that wouldnt do anything but maybe chip some paint!

honda has special bumpers that prevent cumpling at that speed!!
Either you were going MUCH faster or that body shop is bending you over on that price....in all honesty....i bet its both!!!!!!

Dude, if you hit someone going 5 mph and it cost that much then your body man is ripping you off biiiig time! I had my whole truck painted, rear roll pan installed, new drivers side truck bed side put on all for $1700. Post some pics of you car.

Hey I did a light roll with my car and the biggest part of the damage was my drivers side front pillar and door, but man it cost like $10,000 CDN.
