How much do you guys think it will cost to fill in 4 holes from an aftermarket spoiler?
Will they use bondo to fill the holes and panit it? has anyone done this before?

if they can fill it, it is hella cheap...i got an estimate on my car...they didn't tell me it was only to fill...it was like half of what it was to replace my rocker...it is hella cheap...if i were you though...i wouldn't settle for fill, you can probably find a decent price for a trunk lid, painted....peace
if u lived here in plano i could do it for around 100 bucks
no shop will fix it u will have to get the lid replaced and painted its prolly gonna run u around 440-540 dollars.
the lid is 240 USD at http://www.hondaautomotiveparts.com/
Paint materials are another 100-150 depending on color of your car.
and another 100-150 labor.
if u had a regular shop fix it the labor would cost more than the new lid.
as far as the process you have to weld the holes shut part way and fill the rest with plastic filler..sand down and prime/paint..because plastic filler (bondo) will not plug up a hole it needs a full surface to bond to.

You guys are wrong!!!!!!!!!!!! I just a week ago filled 6 holes in a bmw 325i deck lid!! I used a small peice of metal as a backing on the top side and welded from inner jamb! Then i just ground both sides {the inner where i welded and the scrap metal backing] flat with 24 and 50 grit roloc discs from 3m! Then i sanded the metal with 80 grit sand paper, then lightly skimmed the metal with metal glaze {bondo} and sanded till smooth level straight and flat! primer and paint! I would tell you how to paint but then you wouldnt bring your car for me to fix! Just wanted to let ya'll know that your wrong! Dakota
