SPRING OR COILOVERS?????

i was wondering i got 18" rims with low pro's what is better?? coilovers or springs
i want it to be pretty low buty not toooo low sooo.......... i dont know
if you pick one or the other please leave a brand name so i could buy them.

well if you plan on adjusting, get ground controls. if not, get springs. simple as that
